Q. What is your processing time?
A. It takes us anywhere from 1-5 days to process items. During holidays this can be much longer. If you need something in a rush, please drop us a line before hand to make sure we can get it to you on a specific date!

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. All handmade items ship from Mangum, Oklahoma USA.  POD items can come from all over the world.

Q. Do all items have tracking?
A. No, sticker-only orders and international sticker orders will be sent via a stamp with no tracking.
