Refund / Cancellation Policy

At HunnieByte, all of our items are handmade with care, and we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 4 business days and include as many photos as possible to clearly show the issue.

SALES ARE FINAL – For the most part, all sales are final.

Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Lost Items in Transit: Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues during transit. For assistance with lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Change of Mind: All sales are final upon purchase, and we do not offer refunds for changes in preference after the order has been placed.
  • Damage After Delivery: We cannot provide refunds for items that are damaged after arrival, including but not limited to:
    • Applying non-waterproof stickers to vehicles or outdoor surfaces
    • Fading of stickers
    • Tears or rips in products
    • Broken mug handles
    • Items becoming dirty after use
  • Handmade Item Variations: Slight imperfections are a natural part of handmade items and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you are selecting the correct item and size before finalizing your purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, except for print-on-demand (POD) items, which cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Initiate a Cancellation
Please visit our Customer Service Page and choose “Cancel Item” from the dropdown box. Make sure you have your order number handy!
